After the start of the large-scale Russian aggression against Ukraine on February 24, 2022, more than 14.5 million people left for neighboring countries, at least 11.7 million of them went to the European Union countries. External migration of Ukrainian citizens is almost twice as large as internal migration caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The emergence of a large number of special information resources both in Ukraine and in other countries of the world was the result of the efforts of international organizations, state authorities, charitable foundations, volunteers, and could be considered as evidence of widespread support for Ukrainian refugees. The author conducted a study of 71 information resources supporting refugees, created in Ukraine and 24 countries of the world. The general array of information presented by the resources concerns three main areas: legalization of the status of refugees (obtaining legal status, legal framework, document preparation), socialization and integration in the state (employ ment, housing, social insurance, healt treatment, education) and arranging one’s life in a new place (transport, household, rules for keeping pets). According to the results of the research, information resources for refugees are conditionally classified according to various criteria: national-territorial and geographical boundaries of the proposed material; target audience of users; owners and founders of the resource. Information resources for refugees are built according to a linear, tree-shaped or arbitrary content presentation structure. Web-portals for Ukrainian refugees have a clear organization of the site, do not require users to have special knowledge and skills to work with the resource and its components. Information sites have links to third-party databases and useful resources, a news block, feedback opportunities, their own pages in various communication platforms and social networks.
