The use of teleinformation technology in public administration may bring many advantages both to the clients and the offices. The electronic platform plays here the crucial role and in the future it is supposed to enable the provision of a wide range of services both to the citizen or companies and internal clients. The article focuses meaning of e-government, founding concept of One-Stop Government and the role of the ePUAP portal in its implementation.
