This paper summarized the clinical data of 1 hemodialysis patient with osteofascial compartment syndrome after first-time cannulation of arteriovenous fistulas, and analysis potential causes and nursing countermeasures of osteofascial compartment syndrome. (回顾1例血液透析患者在动静脉内瘘穿刺后, 因按压止血无效, 血液外渗致左上肢骨筋膜间室综合征的临床资料, 分析可能的原因及正确处理方式。)
