Stages, the contents and reform problems in the budgetary sector of economy of Rusian Federation
Abstract
The reform of the system of state finance includes 3 main stages: the reform of interbudgetary relations, budgetary process and restructuring of the network of budgetary institutions. The article contains purposes, tasks, the main concept of the reform, innovation and analyzing of the problems which new state budgetary and autonomy organizations face.
