ANALYTICAL METHODOLOGY FOR SYSTEM ENSURING QUALITY OF ROUND BILLET PRODUCTION AT RUE «BMZ»

Abstract

The paper considers analytical methodology for effectiveness and efficiency of the system that ensures quality in production of ferrous metal rolled products such as round billets produced at RUE «Belarusian Metallurgical Plant».Mechanism for building an informational model of product quality is given in the paper and it is based on functional model of process network. Model analysis has pemiitted to identify main reasons of poor quality and in its turn it will allow significantly reduce expenses while bringing new products to a commercial level.
