Myofibroblastomas are tumors of the breast, which can rarely present at extramammary sites. Only a few cases have been reported to appear in the head and neck. Here we discuss the first reported case of an extramammary myofibroblastoma presenting as a firm nodule on the zygomatic arch and review the literature of these rare tumors in the head and neck.
