Weak localisation driven by pseudospin-spin entanglement
Abstract
Spin orbit coupling (SOC) is an important feature of graphene-based heterostructures wherein careful engineering can be used to govern some of the resultant properties. Here, the authors theoretically investigate the impact on resistivity for ultra-clean graphene showing that it is different from the semiconducting counterpart because the conductivity at large SOC is suppressed instead of enhanced due to pseudospin-spin entanglement.
