On Some Axiological Aspects of Law
Abstract
In this article authors consider some theoretical grounds for axiology and the features of its manifestation in the legal sphere through a value comparison of positive and natural law. In the conclusion authors emphasize that if people want higher values to be implied in the society it is necessary to rebuild first of all their consciousness with a reference to respect for the law as a value.
