development of modelling characteristics of training activity in single combats (in terms of boxing)

Abstract

Approach of the systems of creation of model descriptions of sportsmen is presented. The integral estimations of different sides of preparedness are developed (technical, tactical, psychical, general and special physical). They allow in the structure of preparedness of boxers in number to characterize a level, determine strong and weak links. Studied and analysed more than ten precontest stages. The stages ended with successful appearance of boxers on the competitions of the Russian and international scale.
