This paper answers some questions, raised in public by scholars about the validity and applicability of intelligence quotient measures for analysis and predictions in social sciences, and a description of intelligence. For this purpose, we propose a new definition of knowledge as an anti-fragile system, from dynamic systems perspective. We analyze the nature of intelligence within the framework of plausible reasoning of George Pólya and the epistemology of Eugene Wigner. We analyze arguments, related to nonlinear correlation between intelligence and success at work (or other measured complex process), statistical theory and philosophical arguments raised about the nature of intelligence and the measurability of this property.
