MANAGEMENT OF FEDERAL UNIVERSITY: THE CONCEPTUAL APPROACH

Abstract

In article necessity of overcoming of out-of-date approaches to management of educational institution is proved. On change linearly-management system the managements, not considering interests, requirements of collective, according to the author, should come the flexible, resonant control systems based on principles of collective leadership, integration of vertical and horizontal communications.
