METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY “CORELATION OF COMPETENCES OF ECONOMISTS WITH THE OFFER ON LABOR MARKET”
Abstract
The article provides a general overview of the objectives and methods of research regarding a collective topic covered in the research plan of the Department of Economics in 2013, for which the authors have performed the activity on scientific instruments. Providing quality educational services by higher economic education in Romania, involves correlation of structures and contents of curricula with employers requirements, such that graduates integrate faster on an imperfect and dynamic labor market. We therefore considered useful the submission for publication of the methodology on marketing research based on this research theme, for giving the opportunity to other specialists the opportunity to transmit improvement suggestions and to develop future partnership, in the purpose of extending the scope of this study. The research aims to identify the competencies, skills and attitudes of future employee economists and design a trialogue learning model which leads to the formation and development of these demands of employers.
