Estrutura e discurso: problema e questões do diagnóstico // Structure and speech: problems and questions of the diagnosis (structure, speech and diagnosis)
Abstract
A partir da clínica dita estrutural, aqui abordada pelo viés das questões diagnósticas e exemplificada pelas questões clínicas envolvidas na depressão, problematizamos o ensino da psicanálise na universidade. Quando se ensina psicanálise na universidade, é importante instrumentalizar o estudante com os aportes teóricos de base. No entanto, há incertezas na clínica psicanalítica que nem sempre são levadas em conta e a questão que se coloca é saber que lugar podem ocupar no ensino. ¿Que relação existe entre o ensino da psicanálise na universidade e o que dela é privilegiado nas instituições psicanalíticas, quer dizer, em dois discursos diferentes? Dialetizando clínica, ensino e pesquisa, abordamos o que da estrutrura se pode saber e o que lhe escapa como não sabido, para levá-lo em conta no próprio contexto do ensino de forma a deixar abertas as possibilidades para o surgimento de algo novo. // The structural clinic, tackle here from the standpoint of diagnosis and depression clinical examples, will be discuss in relation with psychoanalysis teaching in universities. When psychoanalysis is taught at the universities is important to provide the students with basic theoretical elements. But always there are increasing uncertainties in the clinical psychoanalysis, but they are not always considered. What place might take this in the Psychoanalysis teaching at the universities? What relation might be between the teaching of the psychoanalysis and what is putted on relief in the psychoanalytical institutions, that is, in two different speeches? Clinical dialecting, teaching and research, we study what it is possible to know about the structure and what escape for unknown, but that is important to include inside the context of Psychoanalytical teaching; leaving, in this way, open the possibility to something new
