Exploration on Production Technology of Hot Dip Low - Aluminum Zn - Al - Mg Coating on Steel Sheet

Abstract

No.2 hot - dip galvanizing unit’s main process equipment of Pan - Steel and the development situation of low - aluminium Zn - Al - Mg coating products were introduced. The influences of key technological control links including cleaning, strip temperature into zinc pot, zinc pot temperature, bath composition and air - knife technology on product quality in the production of low - aluminium Zn - Al - Mg coating products were explored. Through process improvement, Zn - Al - Mg coating with good surface quality was successfully developed.
