Postoperative nursing management of elderly patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction (高龄急性心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后术后护理体会)

Abstract

The percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) has been widely used as fast increase in the number of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of elderly patients undergoing PCI for AMI. The postoperative nursing interventions include general care, psychological intervention, daily care, puncture site management and preventions of postoperative complications. (随着高龄急性心肌梗死患者的日益增多, 急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)在临床应用广泛。本文总结了高龄急性心肌梗死患者急诊PCI术后的相关护理, 包括一般护理、心理干预、生活护理、穿刺部位的观察与护理以及并发症护理等。)
