Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine continuous nursing service system under the background of Internet Plus (“互联网+”背景下中医延续护理服务体系的构建)

Abstract

This paper discussed the construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine continuous nursing service system under the background of Internet Plus. The sub-professional nursing group was set up to train nursing professionals of TCM, and the TCM nursing clinic was set up, based on the "hospital-community-family" management model, the hospital-patient interactive network platform, patients' Wechat group and patients' health files were established to support the implementation of TCM continuous nursing service. The construction of TCM continuous nursing service system under the background of Internet Plus can improve the ability of nurses, provide multi-level medical service and meet the needs of patients at different levels. (本文探讨“互联网+”背景下中医延续护理服务体系的构建方法。成立相关护理亚专业学组, 培养中医护理专科人才, 开设中医护理门诊, 通过医院与患者间的交互网络平台、患者微信群, 依据“医院-社区-家庭”管理模式开展中医延续护理, 同时建立患者健康档案, 提供中医延续性护理服务。“互联网+”背景下中医延续护理服务体系的构建能够提升护理人员的服务能力, 提供多层次医疗服务, 满足不同层次患者需求。)
