Abstract: This study aims to show the importance of the digitization in improving the performance of the leadership organizational and the teamwork. Through the relationship between the digital environment from a side, the leadership and the teamwork from an other side. In order to reach the goals, we depend on the descriptive method to describeresearch variables. So that analytical method to analyze the community of the research, which is consisted of 50workers (male and female). In addition, the technical team in charge of repairing the defects, and installing networks.
