BLACK SEA YAHTING: POSSIBILITES AND LIMITATIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article discusses some of the issues associated with the international practice of registration of foreign-yacht in the Black Sea ports of Russia. The development of nautical tourism in the Republic of the Crimea is given special attention. Russian Government is developing a program of creation of favorable conditions for development of yachting in the coastal areas of the Russian Federation. However, the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the yachts passing through the state border of the Russian Federation has not yet fully in line with international standards. Therefore, consideration of international practice, foreign-design yacht is relevant for the sustainable development of nautical tourism in the Crimea.
