Apex of russian society early XX century and formation of ideas monarchical
Abstract
Activity of Russian monarchist parties of beginning of ХХ of century is the most investigated theme in Russian Federation. In Ukraine she does not have such demand, that is why becomes more actual. In the article examined or identical concepts “monarchists” and “chornosotentsi”. Researches of works of the modern Russian historians and eyewitnesses of events of beginning of ХХ of century confirm, that these concepts are identical. The authors of the programs of monarchist parties and most active participants of events in the Russian empire of beginning of ХХ of century was an apex of Russian society. The most wellknown theorists were К. Pobedonostsev and L. Tichomirov. Their activity on the field of monarchism it is retreat from their previous ideas liberalism and populism (“Earth and will”). Is it possible to consider them renegades? If they were ordinary figures, then it can be perceived as нерозуміння, as an error, as a search of new ideas and others like that. But these were persons that held leading positions in liberal and populist parties and very well understood maintenance of ideas, and that they did. Exactly the ideas of К. Побєдоносцева and Л. of Тихомирова became basis of programmatic requirements of monarchists. Ukrainian political subculture with monarchist does not coincide practically. They are alike only in one point Orthodox identity.
