Piyali Ghosh
is an Associate Professor with IIM Ranchi in the OB-HR Area, where she is teaching courses on industrial relations and labour laws. She worked with Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj, prior to IIM Ranchi, from where she earned her PhD. Her research interests include industrial relations, employee engagement, and training and development.
