Éléments de réflexion issus de notre travail sur l’activité des enseignants des écoles primaires en Tunisie
Abstract
In this article, we report on the issue addressed in the doctoral thesis carried out in joint supervision between the University of Lyon 2 and the University of Tunis. The aim is to evaluate the activity of primary school teachers in Tunisia at the crossroads of three factors that are considered both complementary and interdependent: training, teaching practice, and the relationship with inspections/classroom visits. The interest shown in these factors shows that the question of teaching activity cannot be analyzed as an abstract mechanism totally independent of initial training, the practices implemented, or the relationship with the local hierarchy (the inspection).
