Splenic epidermoid cyst is a rare entity and represents about 10% of the non-parasitic benign cysts of the spleen. We report a rare case of epidermoid cyst in a 45-year-old female who presented with pain and left upper abdominal mass. So far, such case has not been reported from Nepal.
