GRANDES EVENTOS ESPORTIVOS: um olhar sobre o contexto europeu e o seu movimento de esporte para todos na atualidade

Abstract

The paper tries to reflect about other possibilities, senses and meanings of big sport events, from the presentation and analysis of concrete experiences, lived deeply by the authors, which were made in other countries. Such experiences disclose, differently from traditional sport events, the ones called “sport events for all”, turned towards to an unrestricted, non selective participation, giving new and varied leisure experiences for the population.
