Highlights 1. CircSETDB1 expression was increased in SOC tissues and cells. 2. CircSETDB1 silencing repressed the malignancy of SOC cells. 3. CircSETDB1 mediated SOC malignant progression by interacting with miR-129-3p. 4. MAP3K3 served as a target gene of miR-129-3p. 5. CircSETDB1 knockdown inhibited tumor formation in vivo.
