Abstract

We hope that the present article will be useful in the attracting the attention of city managers, touristic planners, hotel owners and tourism profissionals to the importance of themes linked to the citizenship and hospitality of city inhabitants, within a integrated perspective of municipal tourism, in a sense of provinding to visitors and inhabitants, respectively, touristic and community life quality and experience.
