Abstract

In thisarticle,we compare the dynamic characteristics of cars with integral wheelsets and wheelsets with independently rotating wheels.We use Sperling’s comfort indexto assess the riding comfort. We compare the riding comfort of passenger cars with integral wheelsets and wheelsets with independently rotating wheels based onSperling’s comfort index.
