This research was aimed at finding (1).The difference of students taught with cooperative learning strategies Numbered Head Together ( NHT ) has a higher learning outcomes than students taught with conventional strategies,(2).The difference in students who have a high interested in learning more learning outcomes compared with students who have a lower interest in learning, and (3).The interaction between using of learning strategies with interest in learning on learning outcomes of accounting students. The type of data consists of primary data and secondary data, while data analysis is descriptive and inductive analysis using ANOVA two lanes. The results of the study are (1) students are taught with strategies Numbered Head Together (NHT) had significantly higher learning outcomes than students taught through conventional strategy with Sig.=0.000, is smaller than the value of α = 0.05 (Sig. α). Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers use instructional strategies Numbered Head Together (NHT) in the process of learning in SMK Padang Nusatama primarily on accounting subjects.
