Abstract

This paper deals with an exploration. What should be in-between space at work ? Based on a methodology of work analysis, the instruction to the double, it shows importance of space when focused on visibility or invisibility at work. Analyses by and with workers themselves and mainly on what could be considered like fallow lead to a conclusion : in-between space has a relational nature.
