Purpose: The main purpose of this study is the assessment of organizational entrepreneurship in Iran public libraries foundation. Method: The present research method is a survey method. The statistical population of this research is the staff of the public libraries foundation. The sample size is 150 respondents. 147 questionnaires were collected by simple random sampling. The research questionnaires and the data related to organizational entrepreneurship, whose validity and reliability were confirmed by content validity and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, were completed and collected. Findings: The findings showed that organizational entrepreneurship in the public libraries foundation is not at a desirable level. The statistical tests of the hypothesis showed that three items including organizational structure, organizational situation, and innovative organizational culture are not at a desirable level, but the item of man power capability is at a desirable level. For organizational entrepreneurship, it is suggested that the foundation of public libraries improve its structure, situation, and organizational culture guidelines. Originality/Value: The findings of this research help the managers of public libraries to identify the strengths and improvable points of entrepreneurship in their organization.
