Abstract Dermoscopy is a useful tool that helps distinguish lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei (LPDF) from sarcoidosis and tuberculosis. Follicular keratotic plugs (FKP) represent the hallmark of LPDF. Dermoscopic aspect of LPDF changes through the course of the disease.
