Postface. Réinterroger le(s) cosmopolitisme(s) en contexte urbain dans l’aire méditerranéenne

Abstract

This paper examines the concept of “urban cosmopolitanism” through the prism of diasporas. Multiple definitions of the concept emerge from analyzing trajectories of “cosmopolitan” individuals and the spaces – which they are part of. To better understand the “ways of living together” in plural cities and the social dimension of cosmopolitanism different scales of analysis are necessary.
