Scholastic & Research Overview Of The Orders Regarding Armed Struggle Against Government=حکومتِ وقت کے خلاف بغاوت سے متعلق احکامات کا علمی و تحقیقی جائزہ: سیرت نبوی کی روشنی میں

Abstract

Islam orders to obey the ruler to the best of one’s capacity and prevents from all those activities which cause disturbance & non stability of an Islamic state. Islam recommends strict dealing with these who involve in these types of crimes. The given research article discusses one of such crimes, i.e “armed struggle against govt”. Relevant rules & regulation, inquiry to verify rebellion, during war & post war dealing with the rebellions, status of their transferable & non transferable assets & other such orders (rules) have been critically discussed in perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence. An attempt has been made to clear all such issues.
