Abstract

Changes in society and organizations require professionals with different knowledge and skills. The social responsibility of the universities to attend to these requirements is increasing. Pedagogical innovation, using interactive methodologies, is the useful academic strategy in the organizational and social leaders education process appropriated to the new global environments.
