In the actions of strategic address that develop in the microuniversity for the structures of address, the manifestations of not integration of the processes represents a limitation that characterizes the educational context of this stage. The application of several method and technical of investigation between those that they are distinguished: the surveys, interviews to directive, tutors, professors, as well as the informal exchanges with specialists, reveal the presence of an external fundamental contradiction of the given problem between the social character of the process of address [educational] and the manifestations of not integration of the processes in the microuniversity] the one which requires of the coherent and systematic participation of directive, tutors and professors with view to solve the inadequacies that are detected. From there that the objective that is expounded in this work is directed to offer the directive of the microuniversity a group of actions of strategic address that allows to compose the processes that take place in the microuniversity. They for it are undertaken several theoretical related sustenance with the integration and their antecedents, as well as the organizative conception of the proposal of actions and their application in the practice.
