Abstract
The results of 230 Xenodiagnostics made among the population in the región of Pizarreal are presented, in which there were 31.1% for males and 20% for females having infection caused by T. rangeli. It is shown by morphology that one case of S. cruzi exists, that can't be proven biologically. There is a significant difference between the parasitemia that exists in sexes, It being greater in the male. The comparison of heavy drops and the Xenodiagnostics demonstrate the great effectiveness in the latter in etiological diagnosis. The natural results of Xenodiagnostics are noted.
