Análise comparativa entre o sistema processual comunitário e da integração

Abstract

The present work has as objective approaches the Community Right and of the Integration, in your processual aspect, taking as base the system of solution of controversies in the integration blocks, with emphasis for the community experience and of the integration, that starting from to good happened construction of the European Union and this to the light of the Protocols that they govern the subject in the ambit of MERCOSUL, trying to analyze the progresses starting from the comparison among the systems.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo abordar o Direito Comunitário e da Integração, em seu aspecto processualístico, tomando como base o sistema de solução de controvérsias nos blocos de integração, com ênfase para a experiência comunitária e da integração, aquela a partir da hem sucedida construção da União Européia e esta à luz dos Protocolos que regem a questão no âmbito do MERCOSUL, procurando analisar os avanços a partir da comparação entre os sistemas.
