CONFLICT SENSES IN POSITIONS OF INVENTOR AND ENTREPRENEUR IN CONTEXT OF MODERN CIVILIZATION

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose is to reveal basic sense conflict in positions of inventor and entrepreneur in process of innovation activity and the causes of this conflict. The subject of analysis is the sense of inventor’s and entrepreneur’s innovation activity in the context of modern culture. Methodology. The basis of the research is activity paradigm, socio-cultural and anthroposocietal approaches. Sense conflict in position of inventor and entrepreneur is analyzed basing on humanistic approach and by means of logic-sense and value analysis. Results. Author formulated fundamental problems in modern social-economic system on social, organizational and personal levels reflecting different value base of inventor and entrepreneur which cause conflict of interests between them. In conclusion author underlined that it is necessary to develop mechanisms of innovation collaboration on a microeconomic level basing on humane values and aimed for innovation development of humane society. Practical implications. The results of the study serve for stimulating social-philosophical discourse on problems of social designing of humane society innovation development.
