The Redistributive (and Distributive) Functions of Polish Labour Law

Abstract

The article discusses the redistributive (distributive) function of labour law. Labour law standards are a fundamental instrument in the primary distribution of national income and are of vital importance for the quality of life of wide groups of employees. Their formation is an important factor in maintaining the homeostasis in employment relationships. ASJC: 3308 ,JEL: K31
