The technology of systemic relationships therapy in the social adaptation of orphans in the work of the support service specialist

Abstract

The article discusses the technological aspects of the activities of escort service specialists in an orphanage. The main modern studies of domestic scientists devoted to the problems of life arrangement, socialization and socio-professional adaptation of orphan graduates are presented. The technology of systemic relationship therapy, adapted to the work of the support service in an orphanage, is described. The features and mechanisms of its implementation in the practice of accompanying an orphan graduate who seeks help from an orphanage institution (organization) are revealed, and an organogram is presented for analyzing a difficult situation that has arisen in the life of an orphan. The proposed technology can be used in other types and types of organizations and institutions.
