The creative aspect of management applied in the corporate environment is becoming more and more a necessity of the modern way of doing business, which can be of crucial importance for the successful operation of both individual companies and the economy as a whole. Certainly, it should be borne in mind that the influence of creativity in management is not a new concept, but it is certainly a way of doing business that has its practical aspect in modern management theory and practice. As the corporate culture itself has its basis in the development of a vision, which achieves competitiveness in the market, the creativity of the management in such an environment is of paramount importance. Conceptual framework and relationship that is realized in the domain of culture-creativity-corporation, that there is a new potential for the company with the realization of quality and development, both from the economic and human aspects.
