Couple’s infertility by tubal damage caused by pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is one of the complications of acute pelvic inflammatory disease, recurrent or chronic, causing alteration of fallopian tube anatomy and physiology. In recent years, experimental or clinical trials conducted , is envisaged large potential use of cord blood stem cells in the fi eld of regenerative tissue and organic medicine. The ability to repair the tubal defects with the proper functioning of the host tissue without risk of denervation or revascularization seems to be the ideal solution, allowing an expansion of qualifi cations for women with peritoneal-tubal infertility.
