DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS OF CURRENT STATUS OF RUSSIAN PENSION SYSTEM

Abstract

As a result of frequent changes of normative and statutory provisions, at present time pension system in Russia can be subsumed under a category of difficult-to-research systems. The article provides a compact functional description of this system, quantitative assessment of the results of its decennial reform is given, most burning issues are analysed, and objectives of forthcoming period are described.
