Forty-nine-years old male patient was admitted to our clinic with the complaint of nasal obstruction which is present for two years. The endoscopic examination and computerized paranasal sinus tomography revealed a polyploid mass which is originated from frontal sinus and lies through choana. Frontochoanal polyp is a rarely seen cause of nasal obstruction and it should be kept in mind in the evaluation of nasal obstruction.
