The agriculture-industrial development in the northwest area of the state of Paraná, comes provoking in the last years the interest for the exploration of water in Caiuá aquifer. Tubular wells have been drilled as form of supplying the demand of water mainly in public provisioning of the municipal districts. In that way, the studies of the groundwater reserves of that aquifer is extremely important. For this end, the hydrographical sub-basin of the Antas river was selected objectifying a local study as the evaluation of the regulator and permanent reserves of Caiuá aquifer in the state of Paraná. The permanent reserve was evaluated in 4,5 x 1011 m3, calculated in function of the area of occurrence of Caiuá aquifer in the sub-basin of the Antas river, the saturated thickness average and the specific yield. The regulator reserve was evaluated in 6,7 x 109 m3/year, starting from the recession curves of the Antas river.
