Abstract Since the initial release of the Chemical and Products Database (CPDat) in 2018, the United States Environmental Protection Agency has added a considerable amount of chemical exposure-related information to the database and has expanded its schema to accommodate new types of data. This data descriptor provides information regarding the structure and types of data contained within CPDat (both existing and new), new controlled vocabularies implemented to harmonize terminology across the different data types, application of a rigorous data curation and quality assurance tracking system, and various methods of accessing CPDat.
