Development of virtual instrument focused on data acquisition to generate temperature profiles in furnaces
Abstract
The Article presents the design, development and implementation of a virtual instrument for the generation of temperature profiles in the cooking process in ovens, obtaining a characteristic curve of the actual cooking process, through a virtual platform coupled to a data acquisition system, The purpose is to obtain a real pattern of the thermal behavior of the cooking process in its transitory state, to later compare it with an ideal topic and thus determine the failures in the process with the implementation of technologies available, the selection of temperature sensors and data acquisition cards.
