This article shows the results of a research about the teacherstudent interaction inside the classroom. For the collection of data it was used of the methods qualitative and quantitative. The first one with use of interviews and as with questionnaires. The data of the interview had been submitted the Analysis of Content and the questionnaires the Factorial Analysis. The sample was composed of the students of the 8º semester of three periods in the course of administration in two private universities, both located in the São Paulo city. The end results suggest that students appraise the teacher style that adopts a humanistic approach for his pedagogical option. In this approach the teacher plays the role of a facilitator in a studentoriented learning process.
