Rural Education and quilombola school education: observation of the interfaces through a systematic review of the literature
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the intersection between Rural Education and Quilombola School Education in Brazil. For that, we used a systematic review of the literature in works found in the Portal de Periódicos da Capes, in the last ten years (2012-2022). In the general search, the descriptors “Educação do Campo” and “Quilombola Education” were chosen, totaling 216 works. After the selection of exclusion and inclusion criteria, as well as the final screening, 12 articles remained as a sample. Analyzing the selected works, it can be concluded that there is a structural amalgamation between the themes of this research and that, despite the intersection that converges, both "educations" are still in the process of construction within the Brazilian educational formation, since there is, in the its institutionalizations, obstacles and barriers to be overcome. Therefore, it is necessary to conclude that it is necessary to pay close attention to the State, society and the academy, in order to prioritize, in a formal and material way, the improvement of pedagogical training and educational spaces, both for the traditional quilombola peoples and for the rural people.
