Abstract: The world has witnessed three global industrial revolutions, and the fourth one has emerged in the burgeoning development of artificial intelligence, which overwhelmed all spheres of human life. Artificial intelligence was accompanied by many industrial achievements that directly affected the economy of nations and the social level of individuals as well. The fourth industrial revolution was marked by a radical change in lifestyles, which served as a paradigm shift in industry and production methods. After relying on the personal effort of humans for a long time, machines and factories emerged, and revolutions began to succeed and evolve successively and accelerating as years passed. In a nutshell, the industrial revolution had a major impact on the world due to artificial intelligence, This paper attempts to examine the impact of the industrial revolution on economic development and social transformation.
