This research paper investigates electrohydrodynamic spray stability, pivotal in various analytical instruments and industrial processes. It explores electrospray for three ethanol-water mixtures (70 %, 96 %, 99.9 %) via high-speed imaging to gauge cone-jet mode stability. Examining onset and end voltages across flow rates from 0.1 to 1 mL/h pinpoints stable regions. Dimensionless values for onset/end voltages and flow rates facilitate comparison. Notably, the dimensionless stable area for 70 % ethanol exceeds 99.9 % by 17703 %, surpasses 96 % ethanol by 6386 %, and outperforms 96 % ethanol by 174 %. This research sheds light on stability differences among these mixtures, offering valuable insights for practical applications and processes.
